Common questions
Why is my door hard to lock in winter?
Timber swells with damp, so the bolt no longer lines up with the keep. We adjust the keep or lock so it works all year.
Do I need a BS3621 lock?
Many insurance policies require one on final exit doors. Check your policy; we can fit one and confirm it in writing.
